Hassle-free returns policy

We are happy to refund any product* returned within 28 days of purchase, as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging.

At this time we are unable to offer exchanges.

Exclusions - Toiletries, personal items, personalised items, opened mattresses, books, Tens machines, opened videos and software (unless faulty). There are no catches or exceptions, all we ask is that the goods are sent back in the original packing and the goods are in the same unused condition as when you received them (we reserve the right to inspect and refuse to accept returned goods if not in a resalable condition)

*This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.

Return policy

If you change your mind, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. We remind you that your return will be evaluated by our Quality Check Team, so it can 7-10 days to receive confirmation that your order has been accepted or rejected.

How to return

You can initiate a return in kooomo either as a registered customer or as a guest,  all we ask is that the item is unused, all labels / tags are still attached, it is in its original packaging & in a re-sellable condition & returned to us within 28 days of ordering, please ensure that the items are in a suitably strong box to ensure no damage in transit, see instructions below:Registered Customer

  1. You need to complete the online Return procedure: please login into your account and click on "My orders". If the status of the order is "Delivered", you will find the button "Return Product/s" next to your order code. Please click on it and follow the instructions until your return has been correctly registered;
  2. Print the Return form and insert it inside the package;
  3. Please note that we cannot accept returns delivered in person, the transport/warehouse area is a secure location, only authorised postal, transport or related logistics agents with the appropriate insurance(s) will be allowed;
  4. Ship your return to the following address:

Guest CustomerIf you checked out as a guest please click here enter your order number & eircode as per your order. This is case sensitive so does need to be entered as per your order. Once your order status has been updated to delivered you will then be able to begin your return.

Please bear in mind that it can take up to three weeks for our warehouse to accept and process your return.

Shipping costs to return your order

If you wish to send your order back, we remind you that the shipping costs to return the items to our warehouse, by postal service or courier, is solely payable by the customer. We suggest you to choose a trackable service, so that it is possible to track your parcel until delivery, and to keep the return receipt to allow further checkings, if needed.

Kaliedy are partnered with DPD as our chosen carrier/courier, details on how to return your order via DPD can be found at https://dpd.ie/Returns#/

DPD have almost 600 Pickup points throughout the country. There’s one close to you, wherever you are. Your parcel will be returned to the sender via the DPD network and you’ll have full tracking throughout the delivery journey.

If you need advice before you return an item please use our contact form or email us at support@kaliedy.zendesk.com. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging.

Should you require an unwanted item to be collected this can be arranged by sending in the request through our contact form. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Refunds

Providing the item qualifies for a refund then this will be issued to the source of the original payment, details are as follows:

  1. For payments funded with a Debit/Credit card, the refund will be issued back to the same card.
  2. For payments funded with a Paypal or Amazon account, the refund will be issued back to the same Paypal or Amazon account.

Refunds are in the same currency as the original payment.

Whilst kaliedy.com will issue the refund as soon as possible, refunds can take up to 30 days depending on the bank or form of payment.
