How do I sign up to receive my 5% off my first order code?

To receive the 5% discount code you need to register and sign up to our newsletter. It may take a few minutes for the email to be received and be sure to also check your junk/promotions folders. How do I use a discount code on my order?

Discount codes need to be entered at checkout. Enter the code into the discount code box & click apply. Please be advised T&C'S will apply.

Do you accept One4All gift cards?

Yes, we accept one4all however, one4all have a limit with online spends of €50 maximum & you are unable to part pay with these. The only way around this spend limit would be to purchase an evoucher to the value of your one4all & then use this to place your order. You can then part pay any remaining amount with a debit / credit card. You may need to buy multiple evouchers to cover your one4all balance if over €50. Click here for Kaliedy evouchers

Do you sell eVouchers?

Yes, eVouchers can be purchased Here. eVouchers must be spent in full as no change will be given on them. There is no expiry date on our eVouchers.

Will there be additional charges on my order due to Brexit?

We have no additional charges on our orders for delivery here in Ireland or Northern Ireland. There will be additional charges that will need to be paid prior to delivery in Mainland UK. DPD will advise on this prior to delivery.

Can I amend my order?

Where is Kaliedy.com based and where do you deliver to?

Kaliedy is based in Bray, Co Wicklow. We currently deliver here in Ireland, Northern Ireland & to mainland UK.

What is your delivery promise?

We have next day delivery on orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm Thursday up until 2pm Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday up until 2pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. This excludes busy periods/holidays/bank holidays.

How do I track my delivery?

You can check the status of an order by signing into the website using your email address that you used to place an order. A code will then be sent to your email address to login. You can then click on orders to check on the status. A drop down menu will then show any pending orders placed. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive email confirmation along with tracking details for DPD. You can then track your order using this via the DPD website.

I only receive part of my order ?

Please note in some cases orders may be sent in more than 1 box with split deliveries. If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please check your tracking via the DPD website where it will show the progress of your order. If the rest of your order has not been delivered within 2 further working days please contact us via support@kaliedy.zendesk.com or the whatsapp bubble as the goods will be in transit. Please quote your order number in any correspondence.

I have received the incorrect item

In the event that you have received missing or incorrect items please contact support at support@kaliedy.zendesk.com or via the whatsapp bubble. Please quote your order number and item(s) affected.

I have received a faulty/damaged item

In the event that you have received faulty/damaged item(s) please contact support at support@kaliedy.zendesk.com or via the whatsapp bubble. Please quote your order number and send pictures / videos of the issue in order to have it addressed in a timely manner.

Dropship lines / pre order items

Some products are shipped direct from the suppliers warehouse & not our own so our normal delivery time frame won't apply on these. Where this is the case this will be mentioned on the product to advise of a delivery timeframe. If you are unsure of a products delivery time frame please message us via the whatsapp button or email us at support@kaliedy.zendesk.com

Do you offer price match?

We will happily price match the same product once it is in stock with another retailer based here in Ireland. The product must be identical (same name, model and colour), in stock, new and not damaged. No other discount promotions can be used in conjunction with our price match offer. As a small family run Irish business we are unable to match marketplaces such as Amazon / Wayfair.

How can I register for a product back in stock email?

If an item is currently out of stock you can register to be notified as soon as it is back in stock. Just enter your email address into the notify me box on the product and we will email you as soon as they are back in stock.

Can I put a deposit on a product?

Yes, we offer deposits where 20% of the overall price is taken. You can call the store on 012741972 to do a deposit over the phone. All orders online must be paid in full. We do offer Klarna as a payment method at checkout where once you have an account with Klarna you can spread the cost of your purchase into 3 interest-free instalments. Learn more about Klarna here.

Do products come with a warranty?

Most of our items come with a standard warranty. Some suppliers will offer an extended warranty and these will vary depending on the product. If you are unsure or need further assistance with this please contact us via the whatsapp bubble or via email at support@kaliedy.zendesk.com & we will be able to assist further.

Are returns free?

If you change your mind and no longer wish to keep your order then returns are chargeable to the customer. You can return this to us via An Post or via DPD. We recommend that you use a traceable, signed for service to track your parcel, and to keep the return receipt for further proof, if needed.

What is the returns process?

To begin a return, you need to complete the online Return procedure. Login to the website using the email address used to place the order. Click on " orders". If the status of the order is "Delivered", you will find the button "Request return". Please click on it and select items you wish to return until your return has been correctly registered.
Ship your return to the following address: Kaliedy, Kilcroney Lane, Bray, Co Wicklow, A98 E422.

Please bear in mind that it can take up to three weeks for our warehouse to accept and process your return.
