We take training and learning very seriously at Kaliedy, we have regular training sessions from suppliers so that we are able to answer any of your questions in store or over our messaging channels. We aim to provide the best possible service levels to each and every customer, if there’s something you think we are missing or need to improve please let us know, we love your feedback, we’re learning too! We understand that being a new parent can be hugely exciting but it can also be a time of apprehension with so much to learn and take in and the thoughts of having a new life that you are responsible for, we’ve been there! Our aim is to provide you with the best possible advice and information and ensure you’re as ready as you can be for your precious little baby!

Car Seat Fitting
Don’t be worried about how to install your car seat in your car, we’ll do it for you, for free! Daunted by how to put your travel system or buggy together, don’t worry, we’ll do that for you too. Just pop along to our new store in Kilcroney and let us show you the correct way to fit your carseat and talk you through any questions you might have. All of our staff are trained and qualified to fit your seat and give you the piece of mind that everything is done correctly! We are proudly accredited by the RSA to safely fit carseats.

Returns/Refunds
Rest assured that kaliedy offers a frictionless return and/or refunds policy. We are happy to refund any unused merchandise returned within 28 days of purchase upon production of your receipt, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Just flag the return via the website so that we are aware of the item coming back to us and as soon as the goods are received we will process the refund for you. You now have the option to drop goods back to us in our new store in Kilcroney, Bray

Customers love our next business day delivery promise, orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday are delivered the next day, orders placed Friday before 2pm are delivered Monday and orders placed over the weekend are delivered Tuesday.
